MRS. MARY PAVLIK FUNERAL RITES MONDAY
Mrs. Mary Pavlik, 80, of Sioux City, a resident of Liberty township for many years, passed away Friday night in a Sioux City hospital after a long illness.
Mrs. Pavlik was born December 10, 1872, at Prague, and came to this country with her parents at the age of 10. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at LeMars.
Surviving are three sons, George Pavlik of LeMars, and Edward and James, both of Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Blanche Milner of Sioux City and Mrs. Elsie Berger of Marcus, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Anna Bushar of Sioux City; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Nelson-Berger chapel. Rev. Henry Held of Grace Evangelical Reformed church officiated and burial was in Logan Park cemetery.
Pallbearers were Vincent Pavlik, William Berger, Dean Berger, LeRoy Pavlik, Harold Milner, and Donald Bushar.
