DEATH TAKES CHILD AT TENDER AGE

This community was saddened last Friday to learn of the death of Mary Lois, youngest child of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bogenrief, at a Sioux City hospital. She had not been well for some time and had suffered an attack of the flu a short time ago before going to the hospital.

Mary Lois Bogenrief was born at Hobson, Mont., on July 19, 1926, being in her seventh year at the time of her death. In November 1929, the family moved back to Hinton where she became endeared to all who knew her, as a bright, winsome child.

Surviving are, he father and mother, three brothers, Frank, Robert and Bryan, and one sister, Lilas, and a large number of other relatives.

The funeral services were held Sunday, after a prayer at the home, from the Methodist church, with Rev. W.E. Ellison in charge. A quartet composed of Mrs. C.C. Croston, Mrs. J.H. Levins, Jos. Bogen, and G.E. Held sang “Asleep in Jesus” and “Beautiful Isle” with Mrs. W.E. Ellison as accompanist.

The pallbearers were Frederick Held, Byron Lindbloom, George Held and Eugene Ellison. Burial was made in the Melbourne cemetery. The bereaved familyl have the heartfelt sympathy of their many friends.
