Funeral service for Joseph Walter Robinson, 41 years of age, of Sioux City, who died in a local hospital at that place last Saturday after an extended illness, were held at 12:30 p.m. Monday in the home with Rev. R. Grimm of Lawton officiating, and burial was made in the cemetery at Washta, Iowa.
The deceased was born in Washta, August 15, 1894. Survivors besides the widow, include his mother, Mrs. Mollie Robinson, of Hinton; two sons, Basil and Walter Jr.; two daughters, Rachael and Alice, all of Sioux City; six brothers, Roy of Jefferson, S.D., Harry of Cherokee, Wallace of Lawton, Cecil of Moville, Glenn and Malcom, both of Hinton; and three sisters, Mrs. Jane Kisting, of Lawton and Maude Robinson of Hinton, and Mrs. Loretta Kounkel, of Hinton.
