LE MARS, Iowa -- Rodney Robertson, 54, of Le Mars died Sunday, April 11, 2004, at his home in Le Mars.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars, with the Rev. Jason Larson of First United Methodist Church officiating. Visitation will be after 3 p.m. today, with the family present after 6 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. prayer service, at the funeral home.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Beth of Le Mars; two daughters, Melissa and her husband, Rick Engel of Omaha, Neb. and Michele Robertson of Iowa City, Iowa; a son, Philip Robertson of Le Mars; a grandson, Isaiah Engel; his mother, Flossie Robertson Kolbe and her husband, Hal of Pacific Junction, Iowa; a brother and sister-in-law, Duane and Carol Robertson of Pacific Junction, Iowa; a sister, Deb Robertson of Roanoke, Va.; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Rod was preceded in death by his father, Claude Robertson; and a brother, Stephen Robertson.
