SON-IN-LAW OF D.S. TWOGOOD DIES

William Torrence Stockman, 55, of Los Angeles, Cal., and a former Sioux City police judge, died Saturday, May 8, 1954, in a Los Angeles hospital due to a heart attack. He is a son-in-law of D.S. Twogood of Hinton.

While in Sioux City he was a member of the law firm of Brackney, Farr & Stockman. Mr. Stockman was born at Sigourney, Iowa. He was a pilot in World War I in France.

Survivors include his widow, the former Blanche Twogood, of Sioux City; a son, Lt. David Stockman, of Sacramento, Cal.; a sister, Mrs. Dan Farr, of Los Angeles; and a grandson.
