MRS. M. EBRECHT

Mrs. Magdalena Ebrecht, 91, a longtime resident of Plymouth County died Thursday at her home in LeMars after an illness of nearly one and one-half years.

Mrs. Ebrecht was born July 31, 1864, in Germany. As a child she came to the United States and after residing in Nebraska, she moved in 1895 to the Remsen vicinity and in 1911 came to LeMars. Her husband, August Ebrecht, Sr., died in 1942.

Survivors are five sons, August Jr., of Sioux City, Henry of San Bernardino, California, William, Frank and Walter, all of LeMars; four daughters, Mrs. Mars Johnson of Wentworth, South Dakota, Mrs. Rose Clouse, Inglewood, California, Mrs. Elmer Kress of Firebaugh, California, and Mrs. Joseph Medaires of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma; 20 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mauer funeral home. Burial was in LeMars City Cemetery.
