MRS. ELMER WETROSKY
Mrs. Elmer Wetrosky, 82, of Alcester, died Tuesday (Feb. 23, 1982) in a nursing home at Alcester.
Services were at 2 p.m. this Thursday in the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Beresford, Revs. Jalmer Eldal and Richard Peterson officiated. Burial was in the Emmanuel Lutheran cemetery.
Mrs. Wetrosky, the former Ruth Eberhard, was born March 20, 1899, in Plymouth County.
She married Elmer Wetrosky Feb. 18, 1919. They made their home in Iowa until 1935 when they moved to the Alcester community. In November of 1974 they moved into Morningside Manor at Alcester.
Survivors are her husband; four sons, Clinton of Beresford, Dwight of Alcester, Donald of Arvada, Colo., and Lowell of Brandon; three daughters, Mrs. Stanley (Verda) Akland and Mrs. Clifton (Irene) Waddell, both of Alcester and Mrs. Jack (Norma) Stene of Beresford; her stepmother, Mata Eberhard of San Bernadino, Calif.; four brothers, Harold, of Mitchell, Willard of Buellton, Calif., Eldon of Riverside, Calif., and Robert of Kingsley; two sisters, Mrs. Lorene Meek of Rialto, Calif., and Clara Raby of Merrill, Iowa; 25 grandchildren; and 37 great grandchildren.
