SERVICES FOR NICK STUSSE
Funeral services for Nick Stusse, 81, of Leeds, who died Saturday, were held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Anderson chapel and at 2 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church. Rev. John Deterdin officiated. Burial was in Trinity Lutheran Church cemetery near Hinton.
Mr. Stusse was born Jan. 9, 1873, at Linthal, Switzerland. After coming to the United States, he lived at Hinton from 1893 until 1902, when he moved to a farm in Woodbury county. He retired from farming in 1940 and moved to Sioux City. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church.
Surviving are four sons, Erwin and Walter, both of Hinton, Albert of Lawton and Martin of Sioux City; a daughter, Mrs. George Voegeli of Beresford, S.D.; a brother, Henry of Pine Island, Minn.; 11 grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
