OCCUPATION: The couple farmed in the Rock Branch community until 1962, when they moved to LeMars. They operated the LeMars Café. Her husband died in 1963. She was then employed in the garment industry for over 19 years.
MEMBER OF: Rock Branch United Methodist church
SURVIVORS: …include a daughter and her husband, Leola and Jerry Britten of Zearing, Iowa; a son and his wife Lee and Kathleen of Orange City, Iowa; six grandchildren; and three brothers and their wives, Vern and Mary McCreight, Clarus and Gwen McCreight and Larry and Clara McCreight.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …a sister, Dorothy Clawson; and two brothers, Robert and Delmar McCreight.
