OCCUPATION: She attended rural Plymouth County schools through the eighth grade and completed her GED high school equivalency in 1979. She worked for several years as a housekeeper for several area families. After their marriage, they farmed for 38 years. He died July 8, 1964. She moved to Akron in 1976. She later moved to Grandview Care Center in Dayton, Iowa, in 1993, and to Akron Care Center in March 1994.
MEMBER OF: Immanuel Lutheran Church
SURVIVORS: …include four children, Marilyn Thomsen of Omaha, Neb., Karen and Julian Swanson, of Dayton, Iowa, Curtis and Pamela Willer of LeMars, Iowa, Rolin and Lucinda Willer of Salix, Iowa; and seven grandchildren.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …two sisters, Lenora Hansen Dirks and Willma Willer, and two brothers, Embert Klemme and Vernon Klemme.
