OCCUPATION: He served in the U.S. Army from 1941 to 1945 in Okinawa, Korea, and in the South Pacific. Later he farmed near Kingsley and operated a cornshelling service until his retirement.

SURVIVORS: …include his wife; two stepsons and their wives, Dennis and Susan Campbell of Sioux City, and Thomas and Marie Campbell, of Austin, Texas; and six grandchildren.
