SURVIVORS: …include his wife; a daughter and her husband, Mary Ann and Chris Smith of East Moline; six grandchildren; a sister, Jean Codella of Santa Rosa, Calif.; and three brothers, Bonnie of Rock Island, Jim of Potomac, Md., and Lonnie of Bremerton, Wash.
