OCCUPATION: He moved with his family to Sioux City as a child. He was employed with the Sioux City Tribune. He was then employed for several years with Hansen Glass and Paint Co., then Cook Paint and the Siouxland Glass. Later he was employed with Tucker Glass in South Sioux City and lastly with Aalfs Manufacturing in Sioux City. The couple moved to Highland in 1994.
MEMBER OF: Concordia Lutheran Church
SURVIVORS: …include his wife; two sons, Dexter W. and his wife, Margaret, of Sioux City and Tom of Redland, Calif.; a daughter and her husband, Mary and Gary “Auctioneer” Jones of Sioux City; six grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
