SURVIVORS: …include two daughters and their husbands, Karen and Jim Smith of Jewell, Iowa, and Mary and Denny Croatt of Paullina; seven sons, Dave of San Jose, Calif., Jack and his wife Maxine of Marcus, Jim and his wife Betty of Omaha, Dan and his wife Kate of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., Pat and his wife Rita of West Bloomfield, N.Y., Tim and his wife Becky of Corpus Christi, Texas, and Mike and his wife Donna of LeMars; 31 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; two sisters, Helen Wess of LeMars, and Mary Lou Muller of Tempe, Ariz.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
