MRS. CARL ANDERSON PASSES AWAY
Funeral services for Mrs. Lottie H. Anderson were held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Nelson-Berger funeral home in Sioux City, with Rev. Henry Head of the Grace Evangelical Reformed church in Sioux City officiating. Burial was in Liberty Township Cemetery.
Mrs. Anderson was born May 7, 1885, and lived in this county many years. In 1907 she was married to Carl Anderson in Sioux City. They farmed in Plymouth County until 1945, when they moved to Sioux City.
Survivors in addition to the widower, are two sons, Raymond of Sioux City and Edward of Hinton; four daughters, Mrs. Arnold Hilton of Sioux City, Mrs. Lloyd Cain of McCook Lake, S.D., Mrs. John Hoffman of Omaha, and Mrs. Kenneth Johnson of Hinton; two brothers, Albert Asplund and Eddie Asplund of Sioux City; a sister, Mrs. Pauline Johnson of Sioux City; eight grandchildren. Six nephews, Albert Swanson, Wallace Anderson, Charles Anderson, Alfred Anderson, Harold Asplund, and Kenneth Asplund were pallbearers.
Mrs. Lillian Heinekamp of Chicago came here to attend the funeral of her aunt.
