OCCUPATION: He farmed near Marcus, did trucking and worked in construction. He had been a resident of Millie’s Rest Home in Sutherland for seven years. Prior to this, he lived in Cleghorn, Iowa, and Marcus area.
SURVIVORS: …include two daughters and their husbands, Darlene and Ed Norell of LeMars, Iowa, and Donna and Steve Colvert of Cherokee; two sons, Dennis and his wife, Deborah of LaVerne, Calif., and Doug and his special friend, Stacy Jones of Cherokee; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a brother and his wife, Marlin and Dorothy of Cherokee; and a sister and her husband Erna and Nels Nelson of Cannon Falls, Minn.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …his parents and two granddaughters, Melissa and Kimberly Colvert.
