MINNIE SCHULTZ
Mrs. Minnie S. Schultz, longtime LeMars resident, passed away at the Plymouth County Home on May 10, 1959, after a sickness of several years. She had been at the home for a year.
Minnie Klohs, the daughter of Reika Baack Klohs and John Klohs was born September 17, 1885, in Plymouth county and resided here her entire life. She was married to Frank Schultz in LeMars on August 28, 1902, and he passed away in 1932.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 13, 1959, at 2 p.m. at the Mauer funeral home with burial in the LeMars City cemetery. Rev. Alvern Kinrade officiated and the Mauer funeral home was in charge of burial.
Survivors include a son, Emil R. Schultz of Milbank, South Dakota, and two daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Alvina) Doering of Sioux City and Miss Charlotte Schultz of LeMars; four brothers, Charles Klohs of Cedar Rapids, Fred Klohs of Oregon, John Klohs of Maurice, and William Klohs of LeMars; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Schultz of Craig, Mrs. Tillie Morrison of South Dakota and Mrs. Anna Kueper of Tucson, Arizona.
