WAS LIFELONG RESIDENT MERRILL

Clement V. Singer, 58, lifelong resident of Merrill, died Wednesday afternoon. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. this Friday at the Luken Funeral Home at LeMars with Rev. Donald Harbour, pastor of the Methodist church at Merrill officiating. Burial will be in the LeMars city cemetery.

The American Legion Olson Halweg post of Merrill will conduct military graveside rites.

Mr. Singer was born March 5, 1896. He was the son of Nicholas and Mary Singer.

He was the trackman for the Illinois Central Railroad Co.

Survivors are the widow, Florence, and two brothers, Raymond and Nick, both of Merrill.
