SURVIVORS: …include a son and his wife, Don and Karla Puttman of Sioux City; two daughters, LaNette Wright and her husband, Don of Freeport, Ill., and Randi Lynn Cooper and her husband, Randy of Sioux City; three brothers, Stan Puttman and his wife, Harriet of Aurora, Colo., Bill Puttman of Aurora, Colo., and Max Puttman and his wife, Marilyn, of Kingsley; two sisters, Joyce Gollhofer and her husband, Joe of Aurora, Colo., and Connie Anderson of Yuma, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
