Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Akron, Iowa, with Monsignor Richard E. Zenk officiating. The body was cremated and interment will take place at a later date. Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. today, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m., and a prayer service at 7 p.m., followed by a rosary, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City. Miss Port was born May 20, 1975, at Akron, the daughter of Richard and Dixie (Arnett) Port. She graduated from Akron-Westfield High School in 1993 and attended Wayne State College for four years. While attending college she worked for McDonalds. She accepted the position of manager at a McDonalds in North Sioux City in January, 1998. Survivors include her parents, Richard and Dixie Port of Westfield, Iowa; three brothers, Brian of Camp Pendleton and Chuck and Tony of Westfield; and two grandfathers, Ted Port of Westfield and Harley Arnett of Sioux City.

Amy J. Port, 24, of Sioux City, Iowa died Monday, June 7, 1999 of injuries suffered in a traffic accident.

Services will be Thursday, June 10,1999 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Akron, Iowa. The body was cremated. The cremains will be interred at a later date.

Visitation will be from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, June 9,1999 with family present 6 to 8 p.m. and a prayer service at 7 p.m. followed by a rosary, at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel.
