OCCUPATION: He farmed with his parents for several years. He then worked for Well’s Dairy for 31 years. Following retirement, he worked part time at Pew’s Auto Dealership for several years.
SURVIVORS: …include his wife; two daughters and their husbands, Marlene and Nick Manning, and Lavonne and Dave Ott, all of LeMars; three sons, Dennis and his wife Deanna of Decatur, Ill., Brian and his friend, Merrily of LeMars, and Myron and his wife, Margaret of Merrill, Iowa; 14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers and their wives, Clarence and Melaine of Wilmont, Minn., and Leonard and Lorna of Remsen, Iowa.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …his parents; a sister, Rosalind Luken; and a brother, Cecil Majeres.
