OCCUPATION: She moved to Moville from Canada in June 1922, where she was raised by an aunt and uncle. She attended school in Kingsley, Iowa, where she graduated from high school. After marriage the couple made their home in Sioux City. She became a naturalized U.S. citizen in May 1947 in Sioux City. She was a homemaker. Her husband died April 17, 1993, in Sioux City.
SURVIVORS: …include a son and his wife, Jim and Nancy of Sioux City; two daughters, Sharon and her husband, Robert Hopp and Shirley McKenzie, all of Sioux City; four brothers, Art Park and his wife, Betty of Tayport Fife, Scotland, Harry Park of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, Canada, Laurence Park and his wife, Carol of Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, and Harold Park and his wife, Irene of Cranbrook, British Columbia, Canada; three sisters, Lenora McRobb of New Westminister, British Columbia, Canada, Grace and her husband, Clarence Fabrer and Mary Jane Girodat, all of Shaunavon, Saskatchewan, Canada; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: …a son, Warren; four brothers, Andrew, Cameron, Claude and Hue Park; and three sisters, Lucille Rose, Eveline Park and Yvonne Elliot.
