SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 1st MARRIAGE: Laurence Kuhn, Nov. 28, 1933
SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 2nd MARRIAGE:
OCCUPATION: The couple farmed near Anthon until moving to a farm near Kingsley in 1939. He died in 1960. In 1961, she moved with her family into Kingsley. She was employed as a cook for 10 years at Kingsley Nursing Home. She was also employed as a waitress at the Drive Inn in Kingsley.
SURVIVORS: include five daughters, Janice and her husband, Bob Schacherer of Estherville, Iowa, Barbara Jakiela of Sylva, N.C., Pauline Kuhn of Westminister, S.C., Margaret and her husband, Steve Tichy of Sloan, Iowa; three sons and their wives, Leo and Judy of Charlotte, N.C., Vincent and Alana of LeMars, Iowa, and Ralph and Karla of Grimes, Iowa; 20 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a brother and his wife, Kenneth and Loretta Schieuer of Anthon; and two sisters, Lillian Rogers of Moville, Iowa, and Vera Klemmensen of Sioux City.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: three sisters, Mae Hackett, Vesta and Maxine Schieuer; and five brothers, Fred, Harry, Harold, Merton and Roy.
PLACE of BURIAL: St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery, Kingsley, Iowa
