SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 1st MARRIAGE: Dolly Faust, Dec. 28, 1927, in Akron, IA.
SPOUSE & DATE & PLACE of 2nd MARRIAGE:
OCCUPATION: The couple farmed until retiring to Akron in 1967. She died Oct. 27, 1989.
SURVIVORS: include a son and his wife, Don and Vera of Akron; a daughter and her husband, Lois and Billy Blanchard of Watertown, S.D.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; his special friend, Stella Gundel of Merrill, Iowa; and several nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: three brothers, Elmer, Levi and Lester; and two sisters, Minnie Cunningham and Clara Weidenfeller.
PLACE of BURIAL: St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Akron, Iowa
