HAROLD COPPOCK
Harold J. Coppock, 81, 1753 West St., died Tuesday at his residence after a long illness.
Services will be at will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in St. Boniface Catholic Church. The Rev. Sylvester Micek will officiate. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery. The rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today by the Catholic Daughters of America, at 7:30 p.m. by the Carmel Board and at 8:00 p.m. by the parish in the Larkin Northside Funeral Home.
Mr. Coppock was born March 28, 1901, in LeMars, Iowa, and was a lifelong Sioux City area resident.
He married Alice M. Giannetti. He was a car salesman for 50 years for Hoak Oldsmobile and Notlze Motors, retiring nine years ago.
Mr. Coppock was a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife; three sons, Hershel of Oxnard, Calif., Jerry and Dan, both of Sioux City; three daughters, Mrs. Mavis Youngman of Phoenix, Ariz., Mrs. Donna Lindgren, of Roscoe, Ill., and Mrs. Carolyn Dumphy of Perry, Iowa; one sister, Mrs. Verda Johnson of Oakland, Calif.; 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
