PLACE OF MARRIAGE: Correctionville, Iowa
OCCUPATION: He was employed with several area farmers, drove truck and worked in a packing house. He also worked at a grocery store for three years. He then was employed with the Department of Transportation for 37 years, retiring in 1981.
SURVIVORS: include a daughter and her husband; a foster son; three granddaughters; a brother and his wife, Edward and Alice of Sioux City; a brother-in-law and his wife, Jim and Faye Hinkhouse of Correctionville; two sisters-in-law, Cleo and her husband, Bob Byrd of Shawnee, Kan., and Verna Jaacks of Kingsley, Iowa; and many nieces and nephews.
