BONNY HENRY
Bonny Belle Henry, 68, of Webster, WI, died on Friday, July 2, 2004, after a courageous fight with cancer.
Bonny Belle Henry was born February 3, 1936, in Akron. She was raised by Merton and Opal Henry in Alcester. She attended Big Springs Country School, Alcester High School and Southern State Teacher’s College in Springfield where she received her teaching degree. She taught at Williams Country School near Hawarden for two years.
In 1957 she married Orlin Anderson from Alcester. They moved to North St. Paul, MN., where she taught kindergarten followed by several years as a substitute teacher.
Between 1970-1975, they enjoyed summers at their cabin on Devil’s Lake in Webster, WI. In 1975, they took up permanent residency on the lake where she lived out the remainder of her life.
Survivors include her husband, Orlin; two daughters; one son; 17 grandchildren; and two sisters, including Eddie (Paul) Newberg of Akron.
She was preceded in death by one brother.
