PLACE of BIRTH: in Perry Township, Plymouth County, Iowa
PARENTS: daughter of LeRoy and Marie (Richter) Muir
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: 1st: Delva Markland in 1943. They later divorced.
SPOUSE & DATE of MARRIAGE: 2nd: Joseph Harbeck on Nov. 2, 1950.
PLACE OF MARRIAGE: 2nd marriage was in Sioux City, Iowa.
OCCUPATION: She worked at Wincharger and Zenith for many years. She had worked as a bar tender and waitress at various restaurants and bars in Sioux City. She also had worked for Hospice of Siouxland and for the Senior Companion Program.
SURVIVORS: include two daughters and their husbands; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: Joseph Harbeck died July 3, 1965. She was also preceded in death by her longtime companion, Ashnell Bizzett; a brother, LeRoy Muir Jr.; and a sister, Elsie Muir.
PLACE of BURIAL: The body was cremated.
