SURVIVORS: include his parents, of Oto; a brother and his wife, Dennis and Rosemary of Oto; a sister and her husband, Natalie and Dr. Jeff Krohn of Kingsley, Iowa; and two nephews.
PRECEDED in DEATH by: a sister, Shelley Forch; paternal grandparents, George and Mildred Forch; and maternal grandparents, Butch and Mabel Beeson.
PLACE of BURIAL: Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Oto. Services were held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Anthon, Iowa.
