SURVIVORS: include his wife; seven sons and spouses: Mike and Kathie of Sioux Falls, S.D.; Pat of Inwood, Iowa; Ed and Shirley of Utica, N.Y.; Fred and Wendy of Sioux City; John and Toni of Carthage, S.D.; Howard of Austin, Texas; and Joe and Corrina of Pittsburgh, Pa.; three daughters and their husbands: Kathy and Stu Birns of Agoura Hills, Calif.; Laurie and Tim Muilenberg of Austin, Texas; and Holly and Darryl Broderick of Sioux City; four brothers and their wives, Tom and Mickey, Bill and Noni, Cliff and Gladys and Robert and Lois, all of Akron, Iowa; four sisters, Mary McIlvenna, Phyllis and her husband, Gerd Ludwig, Irene and her husband Ed Greenleaf and LaVonne and her husband, Estell Henry, all of Akron, Iowa; 27 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
