ANNA A. NANNINGA
Mrs. Anna A. Nanninga, 72, virtually a lifelong Plymouth county resident, died Friday afternoon at a hospital here after a seven-week illness.
She was born near Struble, December 13, 1884, and was married to Conrad F. Nanninga December 28, 1903. The couple farmed in Plymouth county except between 1910-1918, when they resided in South Dakota. They retired and moved to LeMars in November 1949, and Mr. Nanninga died in 1955. Mrs. Nanninga was a member of the First Methodist church here and its W.S.C.S.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Roy Albert of LeMars, Mrs. Melvin Moch of Santa Clara, Calif., and Mrs. Jack Hinde of Denver; three sons, Lloyd of LeMars, Orville of San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Howard of Sacramento, Calif; two brothers, three sisters, 17 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today at the First Methodist Church here with Rev. R.V. Gildner officiating. Burial was in City cemetery here under direction of the Mauer funeral home.
