Kelly Jean Scott, 16, Little Rock, Ark., granddaughter of Mrs. Paul (Bonnie) Dull, LeMars, died Wednesday (July 14, 1982) at Arkansas Children’s hospital in Little Rock after an extended illness with leukemia.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic church in LeMars. Rev. George McFadden will officiate and burial will be in Plymouth Presbyterian cemetery, rural LeMars, under direction of the Johnson-Luken funeral home.
There will be a scripture prayer service at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandfathers.
Kelly was born Jan 11, 1966, in Val Dosta, Ga., to Col. and Mrs. R. A. Scott. Her mother is the former Paula Dull. She had lived in Val Dosta; Bossier City, La., LeMars; Little Rock, Pease A.F.B, New Hampshire and Fresno, Calif.
She was a high school junior and a member of the National Honor Society and took part in many school activities.
Survivors are her parents; a brother Bill, at home; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Paul Dull. LeMars, and paternal grandmother, Mrs. Madge Scott, Colon, Mich.
