NORTH SIOUX CITY -- Michael Norell Fox, 62, of North Sioux City died of heart failure Sunday, Dec. 29, 2002, at a Sioux City hospital.

The body was cremated. There will be no services or visitation. Arrangements are under the direction of Anderson-Perasso Funeral Home in Sioux City.

Mr. Fox was born June 5, 1940, in Le Mars, Iowa, to Norell and Verena (Jungen) Fox. He moved with his family to Sioux City, where he attended school.

He married the former Sharon Orr on July 9, 1960, in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He was employed in the parts department at Prince Manufacturing for nearly 30 years.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon; four daughters, Rhonda and her husband, Dave Lingle of Rapid City, S.D., Brenda and her husband, Bill Dailey, Michelle and her husband, Jesse Minor, and Karen Fox, all of Jefferson, S.D.; 10 grandchildren, Brandon and Brittany Lingle, Rick, Ryan and Ross Dailey, Natasha, Jessica and Denielle Minor and Tisha and Tara Fox; two brothers and their wives, Gerry and Shirley of Sioux City, and Kenneth and Diane of Arkansas; and a sister, Suzanne Fox of South Sioux City.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Robert Fox.
