ZACHARY JURGENS

Funeral services for Zachary J. Jurgens, age 4, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Christ Lutheran Church, Grant Township, rural LeMars. Rev. Jack Hebard will officiate and burial will be in Resthaven Memory Gardens, rural LeMars.

Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Monday at the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Zachary died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 1991, as the result of an automobile-train accident northwest of LeMars.

He was born April 14, 1986, at Farnam, Neb. to Rodney and Stephanie Woehler Jurgens.

Survivors are his parents of rural LeMars; a sister, April and a brother, Matthew, all of LeMars; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Shirley Woehler, LeMars; maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Agnes Eason, LeMars; paternal grandparents, Jerry and Ruth Jurgens of Farnam, Neb., and paternal great grandmother, Elvina Ernest, of Farnam.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, LeRoy Woehler.
