FOSTER ROWE

Longtime LeMars resident, Foster Rowe, 76, died early Friday (Sept. 16, 1983) at Brentwood Good Samaritan Center after an extended illness.

Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Presbyterian United Church with Rev. Robert Grupp officiating. The Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
