DONNA J. BAKER

Donna J. Baker, 49, of Sioux City, died following a short illness Sunday, Oct. 7, 2001, at a Sioux City hospital.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Christy-Smith McCulloch Chapel, 429 South St. in Moville, Iowa. Burial will follow in Union Township Cemetery, Remsen, Iowa. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, Allen of Sioux City; a son, Allen Jr. of Sioux Falls, S.D.; two daughters, September of South Sioux City, and Brandy of Bremerton, Wash.; three granddaughters, Lexie, Jasmin and Summer; six brothers, Frank, Howard, Dale, Art, Randy and Rod; three sisters, Debbie, Bonnie and Nancy; her stepmother, Doris Mueller; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Autumn; her parents, Beverly and Arthur Mueller, originally from the Lone Rock, Iowa, area; two sisters, Terri and Dianna; and a brother, Dennis.

Donna operated a child care service out of her home for several years.
