MRS. M. OLESON

Funeral services for Mrs. Mabel Forbes Oleson, 67, who died Wednesday at the Sacred Heart hospital in LeMars after a sickness of several months, will be a 2 p.m. Saturday at Kingsley Methodist church. Rev. Everett R. Major and Rev. Robert John of Seney, Iowa, will officiate. Burial will be in a Kingsley cemetery under the direction of the Dickson funeral home.

Mrs. Oleson was born July 26, 1887, near Rockford, Ill. She came with her parents to Marcus, Iowa, later moving to a farm near Kingsley.

She was married to Brandon Oleson March 27, 1914, and they moved to the Oleson farm northeast of Kingsley. He died in 1941.

During her recent illness she made her home with a daughter, Mrs. Irene Perry, of LeMars.

Survivors are a son Donald, of Kingsley; two daughters, Mrs. Audrey Henley of Rembrandt, Iowa, and Mrs. Perry; three sisters, Mrs. Ernest Brandon, of Palo Alto, California, Miss Nina Forbes of LeMars and Miss Minnie Forbes of Harlan, Iowa; a brother, Dewey Forbes of Pierson, Iowa; and five grandchildren.
