RAYMOND BOGH

Raymond George Bogh, route 5, LeMars, died Saturday (July 22, 1972) at the Orange City hospital after a short illness. He entered the hospital Friday afternoon, July 21.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at St. John's American Lutheran Church, LeMars, with Reverend Arnold Imbrock and Reverend William Striepe officiating.

Burial will be in LeMars Memorial Cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home. [Correction: Raymond Bogh is buried next to his wife in Resthaven Memory Gardens Cemetery, rural LeMars.]

A lifelong resident of Fredonia Township, Plymouth County, Mr. Bogh was a farmer, trucker and cattle order buyer.

He was born May 26, 1908, in Fredonia Township, rural LeMars, a son of the late Christian and Sigrid (Billings) Bogh. He married Emelia Miller May 25, 1929, at Marcus.

He was a member of St. John's American Lutheran Church, LeMars.

Mr. Bogh was preceded in death by his parents and a grandchild.

Survivors are his wife, Emelia; two daughters, Mrs. Maurice (Peggy Ann) Boever, of Covina, Calif., and Mrs. Gene (Donna) Roche of San Dimas, Calif.; two sons, Keith of Sergeant Bluff and Bill of rural LeMars; two sisters, Mrs. Jack (Norma) Swain of Colorado Springs and Mrs. Robert (Mildred) Dorr of New Brunswick, N.J.; 19 grandchildren and a great- grandchild.
