Jack W. Graham, 63, 2711 Lafayette Street, Sioux City, died Monday in a hospital in Sheldon, after an illness of several months.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Trimble United Methodist Church in Sioux City. Reverend Philip Dicks will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Park Cemetery under the direction of the Nelson-Berger Northside Chapel.

Mr. Graham was born July 24, 1919 in Sioux City and was a lifelong resident. He was a carman for the Illinois Central railroad, retiring in 1980.

He was a member of the Trimble United Methodist Church, lay leader, Sunday school teacher for 20 years, delegate to the annual conference for many years and served on the board of church and society at district and conference levels.

He was a member of Casper Post 477, American Legion at Hinton, Shull Post 580, Veterans of Foreign Wars, was active in Boy Scouts at his church, was district camping coordinator, member of the Order of the Arrow and a life member of the National Rifleman's Association. He served in the US Army during World War II.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Henry (Lola) Glover of Sanborn and an aunt, Mrs. Clara Ellison of Hinton.
