WAS FORMER HINTON RESIDENT

Funeral services for Mrs. Florence B. Berger, 63, who died Saturday at a Sioux City hospital, was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hinton Methodist church. Rev. Marion Bloodworth officiated. Burial was in Hillside Cemetery at Merrill.

Mrs. Berger, the former Miss Florence Barbara Greenwood, was born July 20, 1901, near Merrill. She was a life-long resident of Plymouth county. She was married to Walter C. Berger Feb. 1920, at Sioux City. She lived at Hinton from 1920 to 1959 and formerly was a Perry Township school teacher.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Walter Martfeld of rural LeMars; three brothers, Geo. Greenwood of Merrill, Edward Albright of Sioux City, and Frank Albright of LeMars; four sisters, Mrs. Alice Lucey of LeMars, and Mrs. Elizabeth Cumihow, Mrs. Margaret Rozell and Miss E__ Albright, of Merrill and four grandchildren.
