RINGS & VOWS
JOSEPHINE DOANE AND HAYES BARR OF AKRON MARRIED
Mrs. Josephine Doane and Hayes Barr, both of Akron, were married March 6, at Dakota City, Neb.

The bride wore a navy blue crepe dress, with pink carnations. Her bridesmaid, Velma Port, wore a royal blue nylon chiffon dress, with white accessories. Both had corsages of roses.

Alva Port attended the bridegroom.

After the wedding Mr. and Mrs. Barr and their attendants had dinner at Holiday Inn in South Sioux City. An evening dance was given by the couple at the Akron Eagles hall.

The bride operates Josie’s Café and the bridegroom is a painter and decorator at Akron.
