PERRY CENTER—Interesting Notes Written Specially for Sentinel Readers.
Perry Center, Nov. 20: Miss Annette Koopman was guest of honor at a miscellaneous bridal shower given for her at the Hinton Community hall Sunday afternoon. Entertainment consisted of two duets with piano accompaniment by Misses Mary Jane Kasch, Charlotte Schneider and Mary Ann Dixon. The afternoon was concluded with the serving of refreshments by the hostesses, Mrs. Helen Kovarna, Mrs. Ollie Kovarna, Mrs. Helen Hartman, Mrs. Frances Kovarna, Mrs. Mayme Helt, Mrs. Clara Kovarna and Mrs. Genevieve Flannery. Miss Koopman received many useful and beautiful gifts. Her marriage to Arthur Flannery of Sioux City will take place after Thanksgiving.
