MARGARET AIRD BECOMES BRIDE
Weds Eli John Lloyd of Washington, D.C.

Announcement was made this week of the marriage of Miss Margaret Aird, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Aird of Marion township, and Eli John Lloyd, son of Maude Lloyd of Washington, D.C. The marriage took place January 29, at 8 o’clock in the Methodist Episcopal church at Morehead City, North Carolina, with Rev. J. H. Miller officiating. The maid of honor was Mrs. J. W. Phillips and Gunner S. D. Sperry of Washington D. C. was groomsman. The bride was given in marriage by Staff Sergeant W. J. Phillips.

The bride is a graduate of LeMars High School and attended Western Union college for two years and then took a three years course in the Kahler training school for nurses at Rochester, Minn. The bridegroom is a Technical Sergeant in the Marine Corps and is stationed at Cherry Point, N. C. Sgt. and Mrs. Lloyd are making their home at Morehead Villa, Morehead City, N. C.
