Miss Jeanine Baack Married at Craig
Ireton, la.—St. John's Lutheran church in Craig was the setting for the wedding of Miss Jeanine Baack, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Baack of Craig, and Orval Grasz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Grasz of Le Mars. Rev. Walter Schmidt officiated at the 6:30 o'clock ceremony held Sunday evening (December 5, 1948). The bride chose a gown of white satin, princess style with nylon lace insertions, sweetheart neckline and long train. Her veil fell from a tiara in heart-shaped form. Her bouquet was pink gladioli and white sweet peas. She was attended by Misses LaDonna Klave and Elinora Meyer, who wore pink and blue gowns respectively, with matching bouquets of gladioli and sweet peas. Attending the groom were Glenn Haage and Norman Grasz. Ushers were Marvin Siebens and Kenneth Efeien. During the ceremony, Vernon Ludwigs sang "The Lord's Prayer" and Leonard Schmidt sang "Because." They sang a duet, "I Love You Truly." After a honeymoon the young couple will live on a farm near Le Mars.
