February 6, 1958Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Meyer of 33 4th St. N.W., are shown in a photo by Naef, the occasion being the couple’s 35th wedding anniversary.
Deorette Janssen and Ernest Meyer were married February 8, 1923, at the home of the bride’s parents in Sioux County by Rev. J. D. Meyer, father of the bridegroom.
The couple farmed in Plymouth and Sioux County before moving to LeMars in July, 1956. They are the parents of three children who are Mrs. Melvin Siebels of Los Angeles, Edwin of Ireton and Mrs. Marlin Borchers of LeMars. They have three grandchildren.
A family dinner is planned for Sunday, February 9.
