Death Claims Mrs. Warnke, 85

Funeral services for Elizabeth Frances Warnke, 85, who died Sunday at her home, will be held today (Tuesday) at the Foy Funeral home at 2 p.m. with Dr. F. T. Mayer-Oakes officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen cemetery with the Foy Funeral home in charge.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd Frost, Robert McNally, Carl Spies, Jack Jackson, L. C. Phillips and Arden Bauck.

Elizabeth Frances McKencie was born January 31, 1863, at Roscoe, Ill., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McKincie. As a young woman she was united in marriage to Frank Warnke in December 25, 1879, at Waterville, Minn. The young couple resided for four years in Minnesota before they moved here.

She leaves to mourn her death one son, E. P. Warnke of Emmetsburg, four brothers, George, Charles, Donald and Arthur all of Minnesota; four sisters, Alice McKincie of Los Angeles, Calif., Mrs. R. H. Root of Arnolds Park, Annabelle Luker of Waterville, Minn., and Vera Flatz of Minnesota. her husband preceded her in death as did two sons, Harry and John, and two daughters, Anna and Alice. Mrs. Warnke was a resident here 45 years and had many friends who regret to learn of her death.
