-- A Van Horn family reunion was held recently at the Lester Van Horn home. Those attending included Mr. and Mrs. Bob Boettcher and Nancy of Rembrandt, Clarence Mayhew of Spencer, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Gommels, Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe Kuhn, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kuhn and Deann, Mr. and Mrs. Darrell Barber and Sandy, all of Emmetsburg; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Rhodes and Teresa of Dakota City, Mr. and Mrs. Walter McCormick. Mrs. Mabel Van Horn, Bernard and Mary Eleanor.
