ARTHUR N. NADGWICK BURIED WEDNESDAY

After an illness of only a short duration Arthur Nadgwick passed away at the hospital in Red Oak Sunday evening at a few minutes after six o'clock. His death resulted from pneumonia. His death is a terrible blow to the family and is indeed very sad, from the fact that only a few weeks ago he took his wife to Boulder, Colorado for treatment during the winter she being in very poor health and she of course was unable to come to his bedside or even to the funeral.

Arthur Nathaniel Nadgwick was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Nadgwick of this city. He was born in Page County July 26, 1885 and at the time of his death was 33 years, 4 months and 12 days. He grew to manhood here and when his last illness overtook him was in charge of his father's farm northeast of town.

He was married June 1st, 1910 to Miss Esther Bergren. To this union three children were born, the oldest being called to the glory world at the age of four months. Orville and Florence with the widow are left to mourn. Besides these the deceased leaves his aged parents, four brothers, Emil, Luther, Hjalmer and Arnold, two sisters, Mrs. Hilma Patterson, Mrs. Earnest Hillman and a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Arthur Nadgwick was a splendid young man, an industrious farmer and a kind and considerate neighbor and his death is a terrible blow to not only the family but to the entire community.

His funeral was held Wednesday at the home at 11 o'clock and at the Mt. Hope cemetery at Nyman, conducted by Rev. Bloomstand.
