Cecelia Glane Lambrecht, 74, of Loup City, NE died Thursday, February 02, 2017 at CHI Health Good Samaritan in Kearney, NE. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, February 6, 2017 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Loup City with Reverend Shawn Kitzling officiating. Burial will be held at the Evergreen Cemetery in Loup City. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday, February 5 at Immanuel Lutheran Church. Memorials are suggested to the Lambrecht family for later designation to Lutheran charities.
Cecelia Glane (White) Lambrecht was born September 28, 1942 at Yorktown, Iowa to Robert N. and Vera (Wolfe) White. She grew up in Shenandoah, IA and graduated from Shenandoah High School. On June 17, 1962 she married Eldon Lambrecht at Wood River, NE. They lived in Wood River until 1975 when they moved to a farm north of Loup City where she spent the rest of her life. She was a loving mother, grandmother and ranch wife, working alongside Eldon every day. She loved working in her flower and vegetable gardens. She loved spending time with her sisters. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Loup City and the Lutheran Women's Missionary League.
She is survived by her husband, Eldon of Loup City; daughter Suzanne and husband, Jeff Palu of Grand Island, NE; Dr. Jeane Lambrecht, Lt. Col., USAF of Washington, DC; son. Brett and wife, Becky Lambrecht of Luop City; daughter, Tracy and husband, Kirt Lukasiewicz of Farwell, NE; ten grandchildren: Joshua, Brady and wife, Katie, Jaden and Mackenzie Palu, Reilly, Cole, Peyton and Sutton Lambrecht, Bailey and Paige Lukasiewicz; sisters, Charmaine Linquist of Clarinda, IA; Sheri Tomlin of Omaha, NE; Myrtle and husband, Bill Johnson of Waseca, MN; Shirley White of Clarinda, IA; brother, Alex and wife, Deborah White of Portland, OR and half sibling, Audrey and husband, Donnie Johnson of Clarinda, IA. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Delbert and Robert; half siblings, Lucille Pulliam, Max Pulliam and Charlene and husband, Dave Malvern.
