Suit Against Two

Clarinda-Mrs. Flora Dohrmann of Coin has filed a petition in Page County District Court here seeking $51,500judgement against Kenneth Harris and Walter Montgomery, both of Tarkio, Mo.

Mrs. Dohrmann’s husband, Emil Dohrmann, was killed in an automobile collision near Coin May 12. The suit alleges Montgomery was the driver of the other car, which was owned by Harris.

The petition claims the accident was caused by Montgomery’s failure to stop at a stop sign.
